Two CUBE clients with new investors

WKN USA sells 70% of its shares to German trading group BayWA
WPCS International partly acquired by Multiband Corp.

Windkraft Nord USA, Inc., the San Diego, CA wind farm developer, has informed that 70% of its shares were sold to German trading group BayWa. Seller of the shares is the parent company, German wind farm developer WKN AG. The remaining 30% of the shares remain with WKN AG and the management. The new joint venture is named WKN USA, LLC. Effective September 1, 2011, WPCS International Inc., the design-build company with operations in the US, Australia and China, has sold two of its operation centers at St. Loius, Missouri with its energy division and Sarasota, Florida, to Multiband Corp., a leading Home Service provider for DirectTV.
